The Update
Why hello there... it's been a while, hasn't it?So, this thing called graduation-but-not-exactly happened. I was apart of a homeschool graduation ceremony a couple weeks ago (which was really nice and awesome and fun :D), so there was of course all the craziness to get everything together and such, and so I didn't have much time to think about blogging. But anyway, being homeschooled and on my own school schedule and not with the schedule of this homeschool group who was doing the ceremony, I wasn't actually all the way finished with school before the graduation ceremony... so... yeah. And since I've already had a "graduation", it's kind of hard to explain to people that I still have some school left before I'm actually done, especially to ones who don't know much about homeschooling. So when people have said to me things like, "I bet you're so glad it's all over!" I sometimes just try to avoid confusion all together and just go with it.
But anyway. It's not really that bad. Even with that, it's still very exciting that I really will be all finished up soon! It's kind of hard to believe...
I do apologize for my absence recently, but I hope to be keeping up with this blog much more this summer.
The Award
So, quite a while ago, I got nominated by the lovely Emma over at her blog, A Bookworm's Majestic Adventures for the Versatile Blogger Award, and I'm just now finally getting around to it. Thank you ever so much, Emma for nominating/tagging me for this!

Let's see, seven things...
I'm finishing up high school this summer!?!?
I guess you already found that out up there, didn't you? :P I still feel like I should be in 10th grade or something. It's very exciting though!
I love people
I just love getting to know people and making new friends, even if I'm not the best at it. Even though I usually tend to be more on the introvert side and am not the most talkative, I really enjoy going to social outings and being around people (though I still definitely enjoy my alone time, and I usually just need time to myself sometimes to recharge). I like talking with people more one-on-one than in a group or to a crowd. So I guess I'm more of an ambivert?
I'm a pastor's daughter
Even though my siblings and I get extra duty sometimes helping in church, it's a great learning experience, and I'm glad to be part of it.
I still consider my hair to be blond
Even though my hair is more light brown now. Ah well....
I can sign the whole alphabet in sign language
I think I just taught it to myself when I was younger from a school book that showed how to sign the alphabet. I honestly don't really know why it's stuck with me all these years. But it has.
I can knit with knitting needles
I only really know one stitch at the moment, but I'm learning. :)
I'm in the midst of writing a novel
Well... not so much at the moment. But I plan on picking back up on it more after finishing school.
Well, that was fun! I'll nominate, Olivia from Meanwhile in Rivendell..., and Jonathan from Fishing For Ideas You both seem like very versatile bloggers. ;)
Have an awesome week!
